with garlic whipped potatoes and fresh vegetable saute

lobster tail, shrimp and red snapper
on basmati rice, with a coconut curry cream sauce
w/ salad
Grilled Margarita Shrimp Skewer
accented with a tequilla lime glaze,
finished with a sweet pineapple coulis
served on confetti cous cous

Herb-Rubbed Top Sirloin Medallions
topped with a horseradish sauce
