with an oven roasted cauliflower puree
w/ salad

Hungarian Chicken Paprikash  
chicken breast & onion slow braised in a sweet
hungarian papikra stock, finished with sour cream
served on spaetzle
w/ salad

Asian Marinated Strip Steak
topped with a 5 spice lump crabmeat
served w/ brown basmati rice & a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad
