Pork Saltimbocca  
thinly pounded pork loin, rolled with Prosciutto de Parma
 aged provolone and sage
finished with a herb roasted tomatoes
served on whipped potatoes with a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad

Bayou Strip Steak  
new york strip rubbed with cajun seasonings
topped with crawfish and a creole vin blanc
served with dirty rice and a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad

Ale Brined 1/2 Roasted Chicken  
finished with  a whole grain mustard glaze
served on au gratin potatoes with a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad
