served on au gratin potatoes with a fresh vegetable saute

Whiskey Marinated Strip Steak
choice angus beef in our Jack Daniels marinade
served w/ au gratin potatoes & a fresh vegetable saute

Pork Saltimbocca
thinly pounded pork loin, rolled with Prosciutto de Parma
 aged provolone and sage
finished with a herb roasted tomatoes
served on whipped potatoes with a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad
