accented with blue mussels
and a creole hollandaise sauce
served with roasted redskin potatoes & a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad

Jumbo Shrimp Provencal
shrimp saute in white wine garlic butter
with peppers, onions, tomatoes and olives
served on seasoned rice
w/ salad
