served with a lemon garlic sourdough bread
w/ salad

Pork Loin Roulade
stuffed with an apple cranberry stuffing
highlighted with a sage butter
served on herbed mashed potatoes
with a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad

Jumbo Shrimp
paired with roasted sweet potato ravioli
accented with a house made ricotta
and a port wine beurre rouge sauce
w/ salad
