in a rich "founder's porter gravy"
 w/ roasted onions and applewood bacon
served with au gratin potato and a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad

Coconut Shrimp
topped with a sweet chili glaze
served on vegetable fried rice
w/ salad

Blackened Fresh Grouper  
served with roasted redskin potatoes
 and chilled haricot vert
 tossed in a red wine shallot cream
w/ salad
