Jumbo Shrimp Scampi  
with tomato, onion, peppers and spinach
on a bed of linguine pasta with garlic wine butter
topped with shaved asiago cheese
w/ salad

Pork Schnitzel  
highlighted with a horseradish cream
served on au gratin potatoes
with a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad
