accented with a honey dijon glaze
with roasted shallot whipped potatoes
and fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad

Crab Stuffed Canadian Salmon
lump crab meat stuffing
accented with riesling infused onion straws
served on a mushroom tarragon risotto
w/ salad

Meat and Five Cheese Lasagna
parmesan, provolone, asiago, ricotta and mozzarella
with old world italian sausage and angus chuck beef
served with garlic herb bread
w/ salad
