consisting of plump shrimp in a sauce
of tomatoes, onion, celery and bell pepper
served with dirty rice

Blackened Fresh Jumbo Sea Scallops
accented with a roasted red pepper sauce
served on dirty rice
w/ salad

White Wine Battered Chicken Cordon Bleu
fresh chicken breast stuffed with ham and swiss cheese
highlighted with a creamy dijon sauce
served on seasoned rice with a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad
